Some thoughts:

  • You likely will want the Zaps pro version to take advantage of more complex automation. You could use the $20/month plan.
  • The Advanced Interfaces plan allows you to filter data in the portal based on which client is logged in. This lets you build once and let multiple clients view their own data. If you'd prefer to save money, you can build a portal for each client (up to 5 portals) with the Pro Interfaces plan for $20/month.
